Product Delivery / Shipping Details : Delivery of an order placed by you through the Angadibazar.com Mobile App or Web application Platform shall be facilitated by Angadibazar through dedicated delivery team (Morning 5 am to Night 12 pm) , product is delivered by Angadibazar delivery team only. After customer makes the order - Order will reach to Store Admin, then store admin will assign to delivery boy along with ordered product with complete packed / sealed cover. The delivery boy got alert after assing the order to him, delivery boy will delivery the product to customers.
Cancellation, Return and Refund: Cancellation by Customer: In the event of request for cancellation of the order before its delivery, Angadibazar may accept the request for cancellation of the order and refund the amount up to the Order Value to the Customer within a reasonable period of time, provided that it shall be the sole discretion of Angadibazar to accept or reject the request for cancellation of order. Angadibazar shall have the right to charge a cancellation fee from the customer if the merchant is charging a cancellation fee from Angadibazar.
Cancellation by Angadibazar: There may be cases where Angadibazar is either unable to accept the order or cancels the order, due to any reasons including without limitation, technical errors, non-availability of the Product, or non-availability of the desired quantity of the Product ordered by the Customer, non-availability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, inaccurate particulars such as contact number, address, etc. provided by the Customer, unresponsive Customer, etc. In such cases, You accept and acknowledge that Angadibazar reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever, without assigning any reason to the Customer, and the Customer shall accept and undertake that the same is acceptable and he/ she/ it will not contest/ raise any dispute on the same.
If the order is cancelled after payment has been charged and the Customer is eligible for the refund of the Order Value or any part thereof in accordance with the policies of Angadibazar, the said amount will be reversed in the Customer(s) account of the same source. In the event the Customer has provided incorrect particulars, e.g., contact number, delivery address etc., or that the Customer was unresponsive, not reachable or unavailable for fulfillment of the services offered to them, the Customer will not be eligible for any refunds. Upon receiving the return request, Angadibazar shall first verify the nature of the request, and may request image(s) of Product mentioned in the return request to validate the authenticity of the return request. Once verified that the claim is genuine, Angadibazar may require the Customer to return the Product to such person and at such time as may be intimated by Angadibazar. The Customer will be required to pack the Nutrition Product(s) in the original packaging before collection.
Once the Product is returned, the same shall then be verified to check whether it matches the description raised in the return request by the Customer; and/or if the seal is intact; and/or if the Product returned is in a non damaged condition. Angadibazar shall process the refund or replacement only after it has received confirmation from the concerned Merchant with regard to the genuineness of the return request. Refund will be initiated within 07 (seven) days from the verification of the return request.
In the event You have provided incorrect particulars, e.g., contact number, delivery address etc., or that You were unresponsive, not reachable or unavailable for fulfillment of the services offered to You, You will not be eligible for any refund or replacement. Any complaint, with respect to the Order which shall include instances but not be limited to spillage of Product, foreign objects in Product, delivery of the wrong order or, poor quality, You will be required to share the proof of the same before any resolution can be provided.
You shall not be entitled to a refund or replacement in case instructions placed along with the Order are not followed in the form and manner You had intended. Instructions are followed by the Merchant on a best-efforts basis. Refund Process: Once verified by Angadibazar. If the request for refund is genuine, refund shall be processed in the same manner as they are received. Unless refunds have been provided to the Customer in the form of Angadibazar credits, the refund amount will reflect in your account based on respective banks policies.
However, Angadibazar may accept a return request if the Products are defective, deficient or spurious or misbranded.
It shall be the sole discretion of Angadibazar to decide whether the product is eligible to be returned or not and Angadibazar(s) decision shall be final and binding on the Customers.
